CNOR passing score: 620. Here's what that means.

Your CNOR result is a scaled score. Here is what it means, from the Competency & Credentialing Institute's CNOR handbook.

The short answer

620 on a scale of 200 to 800 passes.

CCI converts the number of questions you got right to a scaled score from 200 to 800. The handbook says a scaled score is neither the number you got right nor a percent. The exam is 200 questions, 185 scored and 15 pretest, in 3 hours 45 minutes.
