CCM Practice Test: Free Certified Case Manager Exam Questions, 2025 Blueprint
250 practice questions for the CCM (Board-Certified Case Manager) exam, built on the blueprint the Commission has used since August 2025. They follow its 6 knowledge domains, weighted the way the real exam is, from Care Management (45 of 150 scored questions) and Psychosocial Concepts and Support Systems (30) to Ethical, Legal, and Practice Standards (27), Reimbursement Methods (18), Quality and Outcomes Evaluation and Measurements (15) and Rehabilitation Concepts and Strategies (15), and cover every sub-domain under them. Most are client moments: which level of care fits, what the benefit actually covers, what to say, what the law requires and what to do next. Each is tagged to its sub-domain, so your score report shows exactly where you miss, and every answer explains why the best choice is best and names its public source.
The real test: 180 multiple-choice questions (150 scored, 30 unscored pretest) in 3 hours, in two sessions with a 10-minute break, at a Pearson VUE test center in one of three exam windows a year. It is pass/no pass; the passing score is set by an expert panel and adjusted for each exam form, so there is no fixed number to hit. Since August 2025 it follows a 6-domain blueprint. Our practice test is full length, 150 scored questions plus 30 unscored, split by the 6 domains like the blueprint, passing at 70% (105 of 150).
Here: 250 questions. Our own practice questions, built on the CCM exam blueprint in use since August 2025 and written from public sources (CMSA's Standards of Practice, the Code of Professional Conduct for Case Managers, CMS, Social Security, the Department of Labor, AHRQ, SAMHSA and the published literature), with every answer's source named. Topics are the 6 knowledge domains of the blueprint. Not the Commission's test questions. Free.
