250 practice questions for the RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) exam, built on the RBT Test Content Outline (3rd ed.) that every exam has used since January 1, 2026. They follow its 6 content areas, weighted the way the real exam is, from Behavior Acquisition (19 of 75 questions) and Behavior Reduction (14) to Data Collection and Graphing (13), Ethics (11), Documentation and Reporting (10) and Behavior Assessment (8), and cover all 43 of its tasks. Most are session moments: what the technician records, which procedure the plan is using, what to do next, and when it goes to the supervisor. Each is tagged to its task code, so your score report shows exactly which tasks you miss, and every answer explains why the best choice is best and names its public source.
The real test: 85 multiple-choice questions (75 scored, 10 unscored pilot) in 90 minutes, in person at a Pearson VUE test center, four choices each. It is pass/fail, and the BACB sets the passing score with an expert panel without publishing a percent; you can take it up to 8 times within 12 months of your application approval. Since January 1, 2026 it follows the 3rd edition outline: 43 tasks in 6 content areas. Our practice test is full length, 75 scored questions plus 10 unscored, split by the 6 content areas like the outline, passing at 70% (53 of 75).
Here: 250 questions. Our own practice questions, built on the RBT Test Content Outline (3rd ed.) used since January 1, 2026 and written from public sources (the BACB's RBT Ethics Code and RBT Handbook, Cooper, Heron and Heward, and the published studies behind each procedure), with every answer's source named. Topics are the 6 content areas of the outline. Not the BACB's test questions. Free.
